Called to the ministry in 1976, ordained as an Elder in the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. in 1981, appointed Pastor by his Father in the Gospel, Bishop Richard O.Dabney in 1991, promoted as District Elder in 2005 and consecrated Bishop at the 94th International Holy Convocation in August 2013, we join with the saints of the Antioch Church in celebrating the 23nd Pastoral Anniversary of this great man of God,
