Tonight we are working on packing all the products that we have received from generous contributions. Come and led a hand as we divide up the materials and create packages for individuals and families that we will distribute once we arrive in Guyana.
It’s one of those “all hands on deck” kinda evenings and it’s just a small investment of time! Come and help us and share in this time of labor and fun fellowship. Thanks in advance!
Come along with Pastor Michael and the Family of Beulah Tabernacle as we join with the saints of Refuge Church of Christ, Jamaica in the Pastoral Anniversary celebration of District Elder Duval Medley. Pastor Medley, along with his precious wife, Mother Helen Medley, have been faithful servants of the Lord for decades and we are honored to be a part of this wonderful event.
God bless you Pastor Medley!!
1 Timothy 5:17-18
Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, the labourer is worthy of his reward.
We embrace the mandate that the Church must be an agent for change in the world. In addition to any activity or service that we perform, we must be a people of fervent prayer and humble fasting. No prayer; no power. Little prayer; little power. Much Prayer; Much Power! This is also the day of our congregational fast. We wholeheartedly believe that fasting is a necessary part of the christian experience as we grow in faith and spiritual maturity. Furthermore there are circumstances in our lives that make prayer coupled with fasting absolutely necessary. Speak with Pastor Michael or Lady Michael for details on the fast. (Prayer: 2 Chronicles 20:1-13; Matthew 18:19-20; James 5:13-16 Fasting: Matthew 17:20-21; Mark 9:28-29 )

Proverbs 3:5-8 New Living Translation (NLT)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. 6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. 7 Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. 8 Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones.
James 1:5-7 (KJV)
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
1 John 5:13-15 (KJV)
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
